Meg MuteithiaOur Operation Manager Meg plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Meg is a registered RN with AHPRA registration who completed her Master’s in Health Service Management and planning in UTS in 2018. With a background in Emergency Department and other NSW Public Hospital in the research sector Meg focus at CHC is on Continuous Improvement, Policies and Procedures which will drive efficiency and contribute to delivering quality service to clients and stakeholders.

Rida ZahoorRida earned both a Master’s in Information Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Central Queensland University in Australia. She brings a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership here at Comfort Home Care.she is responsible for managing the company’s workforce and overseeing IT initiatives. Her work includes leading digital projects and improving operational efficiency by continuously being updated with new datasets, features and enhancements in Community health.

Emily ConstantinouEmily, our Senior Registered Nurse, holds an Advanced Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Sydney and has experience in oncology and orthopaedics at Campbelltown Hospital. She is committed to person-centred care that promotes independence and well-being. Emily develops tailored care plans through comprehensive health assessments that address individual and community needs. She focuses on healthy ageing, using evidence-based strategies to support older adults in living with dignity and autonomy.

How can I join Comfort Home Care as a client?

What services does Comfort Home Care Provides?
Comfort Home Care – Expanding Our Services We provide Home Care Packages (soon transitioning to the Support at Home Program) and NDIS services, including clinical care, independence support, and daily living assistance. New from 1 July 2025: We are now government-approved to offer Palliative and End of Life Care, ensuring compassionate support at every stage.
How will pay for the services received?
Our services meet all Government HCP and NDIS guidelines, and are fully payable through your approved funding. Before you begin, you’ll meet our finance manager to review care management fees. Your care plan is created with our clinical team, but you make the final decisions. Your care is our top priority.
In which states or territories is Comfort Home Care located, and who will be responsible for providing care services to me or my loved one once we join?
Comfort Home Care proudly serves clients across New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), Western Australia (WA), and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). We are dedicated to supporting a multicultural community, ensuring that clients are matched with staff who understand and respect their cultural preferences. Our team includes both management and on-site staff, all of whom have undergone police checks and hold approved NDIS worker screening clearances, ensuring the highest standards of safety and trust.
